The Practice Dost "Refer & Earn" program ("Program") allows existing users ("Referrers") to invite new users ("Referees") to the App in exchange for rewards. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our general

Helpwise Solutions PVT LTD ("Company," "we," "us") reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any individual's participation in it, at its sole discretion.

1. How the Program Works

1. Each registered user of Practice Dost is issued a unique referral code/link accessible from the App's "Refer & Earn" section.
2. The Referrer shares this code/link with friends, family, or fellow aspirants who do not already have a Practice Dost account.
3. A new user (Referee) must sign up using the Referrer's code/link and complete the qualifying action specified in the App (e.g., first successful paid purchase, or account verification, as displayed at the time — [Insert specific qualifying action]).
4. Upon successful completion of the qualifying action, both the Referrer and the Referee may receive the reward specified in the App

2. Eligibility

• The Program is open only to genuine, individually-owned Practice Dost accounts belonging to real users.
• Referral rewards are credited only after the Referee's qualifying action is verified by our systems, which may take up to [Insert timeframe, e.g., 7 business days].
• Referral rewards, once credited, are typically usable only within the App (e.g., as wallet credit toward Paid Content) and are not redeemable for direct cash withdrawal unless explicitly stated otherwise within the App.

3. Strict Anti-Fraud Guidelines

The Program is designed to reward genuine referrals that bring new, real students to Practice Dost. The Company employs automated fraud-detection systems and manual review to identify and penalize abuse. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

3.1 Self-Referral

• Referring yourself using a secondary personal account, a family member's device, or any account you directly or indirectly control, in order to earn rewards on both sides of the referral.
• Creating multiple accounts under variations of your own name, email, or phone number to simulate genuine new users.

3.2 Use of Emulators, Bots & Fake Devices

• Using Android emulators, device farms, virtual machines, or device-ID/IMEI spoofing tools to simulate multiple unique installs from what is effectively a single source.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools to mass-generate sign-ups, fake OTP verifications, or artificial "qualifying actions."
• Using SIM-farms, temporary/disposable phone numbers, or temporary/disposable email services in bulk to create fraudulent Referee accounts.

3.3 Incentive Fraud & Misrepresentation

• Making false claims, misleading advertisements, or unauthorized promises (e.g., promising cash withdrawal when none exists) while promoting your referral code, including on public coupon/deal-sharing websites or forums, unless explicitly permitted by the Company.
• Spamming referral links via unsolicited bulk messaging (SMS, WhatsApp broadcast, email spam) in a manner that violates applicable anti-spam regulations.
• Colluding with other users in referral rings/circles designed purely to farm rewards without genuine app usage or exam preparation intent.

3.4 Payment/Transaction Manipulation

• Making a qualifying purchase and immediately requesting a refund or initiating a chargeback after the referral reward has been credited (this constitutes fraud under both this Policy and our Refund Policy).

4. Detection & Enforcement

The Company uses a combination of automated systems (device fingerprinting, IP analysis, behavioral pattern detection) and manual audits to detect Program abuse. Where fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

5. Reward Forfeiture & Clawback

The Company reserves the right to:

• Withhold pending rewards during an active fraud investigation;
• Claw back (reverse) rewards already credited to a wallet if fraud is discovered after the fact, including deducting the value from future top-ups or account balances;
• Deny redemption of any reward found to be linked, directly or indirectly, to a violation of Section 3.

6. Modifications to the Program

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Change the referral reward structure, qualifying actions, or reward caps at any time;
• Introduce a maximum limit on the number of successful referrals or total rewards earned per user, per day/month;
• Temporarily or permanently discontinue the Program in part or in full, with or without prior notice.

Any such changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated via in-app notification where feasible.

7. Tax Liability

Any rewards, cashback, or incentives earned through the Program may be subject to applicable tax laws in India. Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from Program participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Any failure to credit rewards due to technical issues, provided the Company makes reasonable efforts to resolve verified complaints;
• Any loss arising from a user's own violation of this Policy resulting in account suspension or reward forfeiture;
• Third-party platform restrictions (e.g., Google Play policies) that may affect how rewards are structured or distributed.

9. Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you suspect misuse of the Refer & Earn Program by another user, please report it to:

10. Governing Terms

This Policy is supplementary to, and should be read in conjunction with, our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict, the specific provisions of this Refer & Earn Policy shall prevail for matters concerning the referral program.
